Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on holidays.
Next day deliveries will be delivered between 09:00 and 17:30.
Please note: deliveries can occasionally be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.
We use a national carrier to deliver goods. We use a parcel carrier and a pallet carrier, depending on the volume of your order.
Please note: we are only able to make deliveries to the ground floor entrance point of your business or home, or a loading bay.
No deliveries will be made on holidays.
Mypackaging.my can only accept orders for delivery to West Malaysia addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Unfortunately not. We deliver to Malaysia Only. (excluding East Malaysia addresses).
The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch.
We will dispatch completed orders as soon as the payment has been received.

Return Policy
We want you to be totally confident about every order you place with Mypackaging.my, so we’ve created our easy to understand customer satisfaction guarantee, giving you peace of mind that all products you purchase from us can be returned in their original resalable condition in unspoilt packaging within 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
Return Policy FAQ
If you notice your order is damaged when it is delivered, refuse to accept the delivery. The couriers will advise us that you have refused delivery, and we will arrange immediate dispatch of replacement goods.
If you only notice damages when the driver has departed and you have fully unpacked your order, advise our Sales team immediately. We can usually help you more quickly if you can email us a digital photograph clearly showing the nature of the damage.
Please check your order carefully on receipt to ensure everything is there, and only sign if you are happy you have received everything you should have. Occasionally, on orders comprising multiple parcels, the courier may not deliver the full order in one go. However, the courier should make it clear that you have received only part of your order. If the balance does not arrive on the next day, give us a call and we’ll follow it up for you.
If we send you the wrong items, we’ll happily organise an immediate replacement.
If you order the wrong items, we’ll give you a full refund for the goods on their return (as long as they are still in a sellable condition), but you will need to return them at your own cost.
We will accept returns 24hours from delivery, and will issue the refund within 5 working days of receiving the goods back in a resellable condition.
